This package is geared towards a younger age group. We move back and forward with the activities that we provide for the littles ones depending on what is keeping their attention and what they are enjoying.

This package includes:

• Face Painting (very simple)
• Games – Duck Duck Goose, Parachute games, bubbles and dancing and songs
• Balloon twisting

Our activities are based around playgroup activities with lots of action songs and simple games. We find that the kids love the balloon twisting, which we do throughout the course of the entertainment. Unlike the older groups, we have a more unstructured approach with the younger ages, as we find that they have shorter attention spans and are at times a little more reserved.

So if they are initially a little shy to start with during the games or face painting, we will begin with balloons to add a little colour and excitement. We then proceed with the other activities as they gain interest and confidence with the entertainer.

1 Entertainer
This package is for true party enthusiasts. It combines the best of all the activities which include:

• Face Painting
• Balloon Twisting
• Games
• Prizes
• Magic tricks

The entertainment generally begins with the face painting and once all the children have been painted, the entertainer will gather all the kids together and sit them and do some interactive magic tricks. The magic tricks will go for between 15 – 20 minutes and involves all the children on a very fun and exciting way. The magic is then followed up with games, music dancing and prizes with a grand finale of balloon twisting to end with.
To get the best results from this package the numbers that are best suited to this entertainment is:

• 1 hour 12 kids maximum
• 1.5 hours 16- 18 kid’s maximum
• 2 hours 20-25 kid’s maximum

Always 2 Entertainers (1-2 hours)
The ultimate of our standard packages which incorporates plenty to keep every child entertained and amused. This package incorporates two entertainers (who arrive as clowns) to perform the entertainment as listed below:

• 30 minute (clown) show
• Face painting

• Games

• Storytelling
• Magic tricks for the time you book for which can be 1 hour, 1.5 or typically 2 hours

As a rough guide for timings and the kids attending your function, for 1 hour we can comfortably cater for up to 10 kids, 1.5 hours and we can comfortably cater for 15-18 and for 2 hours we can comfortably cater for 20-25. (Please note that our numbers are quoting the maximum amount of children only. If we have more time to work with smaller groups, there is a far higher level of skills and workmanship that we can deliver to your event).
In addition to this, our face painters take around 2.5 minutes for a quick face painting and 5 mins for something more elaborate per child.

With Games Galore we offer an experienced, fun, energetic, games hosts to gather all the kids and take them on a fun adventure.

Our entertainers are flexible to work indoors or outdoors. We are experienced in working in larger areas or smaller zones.
This activity sequence is great for restless or older children. Or perhaps you have that school group of 20 or more kids that you are dreading to entertain on your own.

On arrival the entertainer will gather all the children and do a few ice breakers to get their attention (perhaps a couple magic tricks or party jokes).

Once the kids have settled each entertainer has their own unique set of games that they will entertain the kids with, depending on what levels of excitement we are working with. Once the games have been commenced and the time duration is coming to an end, we finish off with balloon twisting.

The games chosen by the entertainer will reflect the amount of room available so if you have hired a function room or restaurant, where there is limited space, games that are relatively “structured” will be chosen and played (Musical statues, Simon Says, Limbo, musical bops etc.) Where there is a large amount of room available, running around games can also be incorporated.
It’s also important to note that each entertainer has their own repertoire of games so if your child has a special game they love to play, please feel free to mention it to the entertainer and if they know it, we will incorporate it into our games routine.

This is a great activity session for the whole family. With creative talented artists and twisters within our group we have a great response from all the kids and mums and dads too.
Our face painting and balloon twisting is a perfect activity to assist in Christenings, baby showers, hen’s nights, birthday parties, weddings and pretty much any event you may be holding.
Our face painters take around 2-3 mins for a quick face painting and 3- 5 mins would be for something more elaborate per person. So if you are looking to cater to a large group of kids, this is the perfect activity choice.
All our entertainers come dressed and ready to go dressed as a character of your choice or as a bright and colourful friendly entertainer.

Creative, fun, highly entertaining and stimulating for the creative mind! This party package is great for a diverse age of kiddies.
Our experienced and talented cake artists put together a design for your party group depending on ages, themes and personal requests. All equipment and cake utensils are provided and brought on the day along with a personalised décor pack and 4 cup cakes per child to decorate. During this play session the party participants will learn how to create designs using fondant icing, roll and cut icing and master a number of other cake decorating techniques.
This party can be followed up with a high tea or games session to complete.
Decorating session entails:

• 1 or 2 qualified cake decorators depending on numbers
• Pre-planned design/theme according to request
• 4 cup cakes per child and box to put cakes in after completion
• Aprons and chef hats per child
• Personalised décor pack, including various colours of icing and other items for design
• Individual sets of utensils and tools for completing cupcakes
• Dancing games or high tea to finish

Ages: 8- adults
From our experience most young girls are hanging out to have a turn at face painting each other and learning the art of face painting. This is the perfect party for all the creative little artists out there who would love to learn how to paint simple designs and learn the basics in face painting techniques.
An experienced face painter will assist in teaching the group designs which they can then practice on each other.
Party activities are inclusive of:

• An experienced teacher
• A Face painting station per group of two- including paint, brushes and colours
• Face painting instruction sheet for learning the basic techniques
• Learning basic techniques such as: petals and flower techniques and sponge techniques
• Learning a few designs such as butterflies and pussy cats (more time permitting)
• Photo session at the end for participants

This party can go for a two hour session of face painting art and photos to finish, or we can do 1.5 hours of face painting tutorial and finish up with some music and dancing.
Extras:
Face painting kits can be purchased if you would like to add an extra something special for the birthday child.

Option 1: Circus Work shop Party: Ages 6- 13
The Circus Party Work Shop is the perfect party for an older age group. This Work Shop Party offers a broad range of interactive skill building entertainment which comes with one or two circus trainers. This party offers a number of different circus skills and techniques which the trainers will begin with demonstrating and then go on to assist in teaching the children. Work stations are set up and the children are free to roam between trying their hand at a number of different skills and activities.
The work shop is finish off with an acro-balance teamwork demonstration. This is taught to the kids and can be given as a little show to the party attendants at the end.
Circus games are added on completion of the skill training.
