Bookings

Please see below for the booking process:

Deposit

Private Bookings:

A minimum deposit of $150.00 is required in order to finalize your booking, which will be deducted from the final payment. If your party is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Please pay the deposit within the week of receiving your confirmation email.

Corporate Bookings:

For corporate bookings, if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date 25% of the full payment is required, if the event is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled day, 50% of the payment will be required.

Payment

Private Functions and Events:

The remaining balance of payment needs to be made by the Tuesday prior to your party date. All payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Visa / MasterCard or American Express. If payments are not made by the agreed date your booking is viable to be cancelled.

Corporate:

Corporate bookings must be settled no longer than 30 days after the completion of the services, unless agreed on prior to the service delivery. If invoices are not finalised on agreed on time frame an additional 25% will be added to the invoice for every fortnight that the invoice is late.  All payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Visa / MasterCard or American Express.

Please note that by accepting this booking you accept liability for any expenses incurred by us in our attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount.

Confirmation

Once you have booked your entertainment a confirmation email will be sent to you. If any of the information is incorrect, or if you have any changes or additional information to add to your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us either via email or phone regarding your new details.

Weather

In cases where weather pre-empts outdoor performances, an alternate indoor location should be provided.

If the outdoor event changes on the day, please send us through the details for the new venue as soon as you have this information to avoid any delays or confusions for the services on the day.

Insurance and Parent Responsibilities

All of Fab Fun Entertainers maintain current individual public liability insurance with Arena Underwriting for cover up to $20,000,000.   A Certificate of Currency is available on request. All of Fab Fun’s Entertainers are strictly insured for entertainment purposes only.

Fab Fun Entertainment is insured to provide entertainment for your children however we are not insured as child care workers so please make sure that a parent or guardian will be present (or within the vicinity) for the duration of the entertainment.

Travel charges

A travel charge may apply for bookings outside the Sydney location, Wollongong or Central Coast. Please contact Ginny on 0431 512 448 for a quote for travel rates to your location.
